Floor It BC provides a 1-year warranty on installation workmanship from the date of project completion.

Floor It BC carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request for contracted projects.
Project schedules are coordinated with site supervisors and general contractors. Delays caused by site readiness, other trades, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions may impact timelines. Floor It BC is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in delays, additional fees, or suspension of services.
